In seconds our service experts can dial into the laser machine. With the built-in modem, a comprehensive service is available from anywhere in the world, the customer just needs to have a telephone line connected. Via analogue measurement values a problem can be localised, evaluated and in many cases resolved by the operator on-site, saving time and costly service visits. |
