Marking, micro-processing |
|
The TruMark Station 5000 allows easy front loading of workpieces. A motorized lift door ensures that the system complies with Laser Safety Class 1 during the marking process. Marking can be observed through a filter glass window in the door.
Options - Pilot laser: Facilitates workpiece alignment for marking operations
- X-axis: Enlarges the marking area in one direction by
200 mm
- A-axis: The surface of round parts can be marked without any difficulty
- Both axes in combination

Flow-through transfer TruMark Station 5000 |
|
| | |
The TruMark Station 5000 with flow-through transfer differs from the standard version in that it has two side openings that allow longer workpieces to be processed. With its compact design, it is easy to integrate into a production line.
The laser marking system and the optional components are menu driven by our easy-to-use marking software

2-station rotary indexing table TruMark Station 5000 |
|
| | |
The rotary indexing table TruMark Station 5000 allows parts to be loaded and unloaded on the outside station of the rotary table while parts are being marked on the inside station of the table. This reduces the overall cycle time.
The entire operation of the laser marking system and optional components is, of course, also menu driven with our easy-to-use marking software. |
